Bill Mattingly Memorial Scholarship

To honor Bill's memory, Mattingly Low Vision is partnering with the Paso Del Norte Community Foundation to provide
a $2500 scholarship and a $1000 scholarship to an optometry or ophthalmology resident or student interested in contributing to the field of Low Vision. Application information is available at the bottom of this page.
